She graduated from the University of Leicester (LLB) and from Boston University, School of Law (LLM in International Banking Law). In 1992 she was admitted in the Cyprus Bar.
Her main area of expertise is International and Cyprus Corporate and Banking Law. She was for many years the Legal Adviser of an International Banking Unit in Cyprus and of other companies with international activities.

She is the Head of the International Corporate Department of our Firm and handles all matters from the incorporation of companies and the setting up of corporate and related structures to the provision of all the necessary legal support with regard to the management and annual operation of companies.
Ms Kammitsi works closely with international firms abroad and is very highly regarded for her extensive experience in all types of corporate matters and issues.

She is also dealing with International finance transactions, corporate restructurings and listing of Cyprus Companies in Cyprus and Foreign Stock Exchanges.

She is also a member of the board of directors of the Cyprus branch of STEP, and a member of the board of directors of the Cyprus-Czech Republic, and Cyprus- Ukrainian Business Associations.
