He obtained his undergraduate degree (LLB) from Warwick University (UK) and also obtained his postgraduate degree (LLM) in commercial and corporate law at University College London (UCL). Having successfully complete the Bar Vocational Course, he became a Barrister-at-Law. He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2004.

His main areas of expertise and practice are Commercial and Corporate Law, Banking Law and Contract Law with experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, and the amalgamation and the reorganization of Companies..
