 Was born in Nicosia. He graduated from Warwick Univerity in Law with honours and obtained his LL.M in Commercial and Corporate Law at University College London. Having successfully completed the Bar Vocational Course, he became a Barrister-at-Law. He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2004. His main areas of expertise and practice are Commercial and Corporate Law, Banking Law and Contract Law.
He has substantial experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, and the amalgamation and the reorganization of Companies.
